The normal speed should be somewhat close to normal Corrs speed, whereas the slow is a slowed down version to help those trying to learn the tune.

the normal Toss The Feathers isn't anywhere near normal speed
and conversely the slow Return From Fingall isn't all that slow.
I apologize. I just grabbed whatever I happened to have recorded on my computer at the moment to use as examples.
